Timeline and Products

1. January 2003: Steering Committee established
2. February 2003: Steering Committee recruited members for a large workgroup; organizational meeting of large workgroup held.
3. February 2003: Large workgroup organized into three subcommittees-needs assessment, resource assessment and objective decision-making.
4. February 2003 to February 2004: PfS work performed by subcommittees.
5. September 2003 to May 2004: PfS gap analysis, Summit 2010/ PfS major initiatives, and Goals/Actions Steps, worked on by PfS steering committee, with review by the PfS large workgroup.
6. June 2004: PfS Goals/Action Steps completed and accepted by large workgroup and SSAB.
